All of our properties are accredited by the University of West of England and University of Bristol in partnership with South Gloucestershire Council.
All of our properties are either already accredited or awaiting accreditation from South Gloucestershire Council under their recently introduced accreditation scheme for the private rented sector offering accommodation for students.

All properties have electrical wiring safety certificates EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Reports), completed every 5 years in accordance with the requirements of the P Building Regulations, NICEIC and ECA. Gas safety certificates are renewed annually and include a boiler service.
All properties have interlinked smoke and heat alarms with battery backup for added safety, and where required Carbon Monoxide alarms.
Security
All properties have high quality exterior door locks with thumb turn internal mechanisms for rapid escape in case of fire and all windows have locks.
Deposit protection scheme
All tenant deposits are held within the Deposit Protection Service (DPS). The DPS keep deposit money safe for letting agents, landlords and tenants.
DPS are authorised by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government to provide tenancy deposit protection in England and Wales.
